This is a photograph ("Small Change", left)by Jill Friedman, a journalistic photographer. I found this photo when the New York Times had a retrospective of her work in an online gallery. I especially like the highlights on the woman's pants because it creates the shape of her body which otherwise is one with the car.

<-- This is a photo of a work by Olafur Eliasson, one of my favorite artists. This is a book he created using a laser cutter. I have never seen any other work by him that was similar to this- he usually does massive installation pieces that sometimes involve strobe lights, falling water and room fans.
